Do you want to be part of the Max Planck network of early career researchers interested in open science practices? Don’t miss the opportunity to join this year’s Open Science Ambassadors meeting!

Join the in-person event to learn more about Open Science practice. We will host talks and workshops from Open Science professionals as well as graduate students who will share their experience on implementing OS practices in day-to-day science in the Max Planck Society

Participate this September and be part of the discussion! Share your ideas and experience in all areas of Open Science and help us increase the reach of Open Science in the Max Planck Society. It doesn’t matter if you are proficient in Open Science practices or if you are completely new, everyone who is interested is welcomed!

Are you planning an early arrival? All participants are invited to an unofficial welcome dinner on September 18th to get the conversation started! Please let us know in advance if you are planning to join us, so that we can reserve in advance. This event will not be covered by the ambassadors program.

Conference topics:

  • Why choose Open Science?
  • Status of Open Science in the Max Planck Society
  • Importance of transparency in research
  • Science and reproducibility
